Miala was very nice and wonderful with our dog. However we were very disappointed with the service. We booked two 30 minute walks two days in a row and did a meet and greet to go over the care. Miala said she would stop by to let our dog our a third time during the day and even texted to confirm this. We agreed that the second walk could be a shorter since she was coming by three times. Reviewing the surveillance camera however we noted that she didn't come by for the third visit, brought a stranger into our home without prior consent, and appeared to let the stranger take our dog on only an 8 minute walk. I would have felt better about this if she had communicated any of these changes or even just provided the two full walks each day.

Miala always rescued dogs. Thatvwas her thing. I think her first dog ever was a rescue, and she still has her. She cared for dogs more than her own ex boyfriend. Her ex basically gave her an ultimatum. Its either him or her dogs. A week later she lives on her own with her two dogs lol. She works at a dog hotel and does general housekeeping and watches over the dogs. She takes them out to the bathroom at 4am and makes sure the dogs dont pee or poop in their room and if they do she gives them a bath and sanitizes their room.
