Pet care experience
I am a healthy 23-y.o. woman, non smoker, and recent UO graduate. I grew up with dogs my entire life and have since bonded with pups on a best friend level. I enjoy dog's companionship and energy level. I love to cuddle or run around all day at the park, depending on your animals' personality. It also pleases me to give personalized love and care to each dog I work with. I focus on monitoring your dog's health and happiness, making sure to adapt my care to each dog's needs. I pay meticulous attention to and adjust for special diets, allergies, medications, activity levels, age restrictions, and any other specifications. Miakah did an excellent job taking care of our busy household (6-month-old pupper, cat, and four chickens). We booked her on short notice for our two-week vacation, and we came home to some very happy animals. Our dog in particular enjoyed many visits to the dog park, and seems much better behaved than when we left!

I always like to know what to expect in regards to your dog's comfort-- with other dogs, cats, and especially children. How do they do at the dog park? What if a kid wants to/tries to approach them? Will they chase or attack cats? Do they chase bikes, skateboarders, cars? Can they behave off-leash? ETC. Otherwise, I have no preference in age, ability, or breed. We'll all get along great!
A typical day
I like to take dog's around their neighborhood, dog parks, and on hikes if they're up to it! If your dog has favorite places or especially likes their routine, I'm happy to oblige.
