Hello Everybody, My name is Mia. I have years of experience of taking care of animals. In high school for my community service I volunteered at the pet shelter in Stockton (on Lincoln Street). I have learned and adapted knowledgeable skills that you need to take care of animals. At the shelter I learn how to correctly and safely provide for animals (includes dog walks, grooming, and nutrition). All my life I always have felt connected to animals. I believe sometimes people have the mindset of animals only being “pets” but it’s more to that. An animal is a friendly- fluffy companion. In order for them to be healthy and strong we need to provide the best care for them as we would humans.
