Pet care experience
My love for pets is what sparked me to enter the wonderful world of pet sitting. Back in the Philippines, I had my first dog when I was 14 years old as I was feeling lonely being an only child. But during my childhood I was already surrounded with more than 5 cats that my grandmother owned. I grew up with a household of furry friends! Many people thought my family was crazy for having so many pets! But I couldn't imagine my life without them. They bring so much joy and happiness to my family's life. I moved in Vancouver last 2020 because I am living on my own now, I am thinking of getting an animal therapy using my passion in taking care of pets specifically dogs and cats. Pets are great companions and I look forward to meeting many new buddies!

When the pet is at home, i always check for loose handles or easy to open doors and windows as the persistent paw its way out. I am careful when opening the gate or home door when the pets are around, in case they run out suddenly.

I don't have any preferred dog type or condition as they are all treated equal to me. I do have some questions before starting to render my service such as your dog’s daily routines. How and when to administer each of your pet’s medications. Your pet’s daily food intake, including dry food, wet food and treats. Your dog’s favourite games and toys. Your dog’s personality; does she get along with other animals and people? Does she have any anxieties (such as the mailman or motorcycles driving by)? And favourite walking spots and dog parks.
A typical day
I really like walking, nice long walks in parks or trails or other pleasant places are my preference. Games, interactive play with toys, balls, even a stick are fun too. Sometimes I let the pet chill, watch TV while laying in/on my lap, being scratched and stroked.

I am working full time on weekdays so I can only do commit my service during the weekend. But if it helps, I can adjust my schedule on your preference!
