I am a active outside type of person who takes my dogs to the dog park, on walks and hikes all week long. My mother loved dogs so I have been raised around them my whole life. I work 15 hours a week caregiving for a disabled man. So my availability is great for dog walking and such. In the future I would like to open up a outdoor school where dogs are welcome and can be apart of the curriculum. I currently have two dogs which are my very first experience with recues. Sister dog I have had for 5 years and is a pitbull mix. She was neglected previously but shows no signs of her earlier trauma. Mava is a husky mix and she was abused and I have had her over a year. She has relaxed so much but is still shy and doesn't feel safe in tight quarters. She is her happiest out doors. Both very friendly dogs and show no signs of aggression with other dogs playing at dog park.
