Hi! My name is Merita and currently I am studying to be a Vet Technician at LaGuardia Community College. I work at Happy Paws and walk dogs on my free time. I always knew that I wanted to work with animals when I grew up. It has been a lifelong dream of mine to someday work at a conservation center. Working with animals is my dream job and I am always committed to an animals well being. I would do anything to help out a furry friend. From my dog walking experience I have handled big and small dogs and dealt with many different breeds. I have experience puppy sitting a dog that had Giardia which was a difficult job but I do have all the patience in the world for doggies. I love cats too and have done cat sitting for friends and family. I feel like my genuine love for animals is what sets me apart from the rest. I honestly don't care about the money because any time I get to spend with an animal is just so precious to me. Dogs are mans best friend and they are truly the best companions to have in life.
