I’ve been a dog owner my whole life. I have experience with several different sizes and breeds (Keeshond, 2 Golden retrievers, Pomeranian) and love them all! I am an active person and love being outdoors, even as the weather is colder (it is a personal goal of mine to take 10000 steps per day and walking a dog certainly helps get me there!). I work from home with a flexible schedule so have ample time and availability to play or go outside during the day. I have personal firsthand experience in caring for dogs with anxiety and worked with trainers and behaviorist to know how to best approach dogs and make them feel trust and calm, and also when to give them space to be alone.
