I have grown up with dogs (one Corgi, Arwen and one bull terrier, Nathaniel) and have always seen them as a part of my family. Based on what I've learned, I published an article on responsible dog ownership in a magazine recently. I wanted to do things like this to help other people find good care for their dogs in their absence - I know how important it is to you, and how hard it is to find a reliable person! In my house, your dog will be a part of the family (which, right now, is just me and my puppy Daisy). I work regularly on weekdays from 9-5 (I can come home during lunch if necessary as I typically walk 10 minutes to/from work) but my weekends are always free. If I'm not home, your dog will have a dog companion to keep them company. I am comfortable dealing with puppies, large dogs, older dogs, or dogs that require medication or fluids due to previous experience.
