Growing up, I had a vizla with high energy and my best memories were taking her on long hikes and playing catch. As I got older, I began to dog sit for a family with a golden retriever, not only taking him for walks but staying with him overnight to make sure he was fed and comfortable while his family was away. I was fortunate enough to be able to adopt a lab mix puppy in 2019 and a hound mix puppy in 2020. I worked very hard with them as puppies with socializing, training, and overall loving them unconditionally. Early on, our lab mix did have some allergies, so I familiar with giving medications whether topical or pills.

Meredith was so great with my energetic pup! It takes a lot to wear him out but after I picked him up from a day at Meredith’s house, he was exhausted! She walked him several miles and he loved playing with her pup. Would definitely recommend Meredith to care for your pet!
Meredith is an incredibly kind and gentle person. She truly loves dogs, and I watched her grow up with her childhood dog and then eventually get a puppy of her own. She is an outdoorsy person, and she feels most at home at the beach with a dog by her side.
Meredith truly loves dogs ( and other animals ) I have watched her interactions with her own animals at home as well as others . She is very sensitive to there needs and care . I would trust her with my dog

I do not have any breed preferences. I would love to know about what their routine with their dog looks like, how they respond to people and other dogs, what is their favorite type of activity and toys, and if there are any specific accommodations I need to provide.
A typical day
Depending on the owner and their preferences, I am a lover of the outdoors so walks, runs, going to parks, play time or just hanging out in the sun. I am up for anything to meet each dog and owner's needs.

Availability
At this time most of my weekends are free. I am also available to assist with any dog care after 6pm on weekdays. I do work a full time job but I am remote, so if you live close by, I can definitely get in a good walk on my lunch.
