Pet care experience
Hello! My name is Meredith and I'm a recent Northeastern University grad now working from my laptop. I have lived in Seattle, Boston, and San Francisco where I have worked with Rover frequently to walk dogs and house-sit for dogs/cats. Unlike other pet services and sitters, I spend plenty of 1-1 time with your pet and can stay for extended periods of the day so that your pet is never alone! I currently work from my laptop, so I am home most of the day to give your pet lots of attention. I have had a dog ever since I was young and treat her like she is a member of the family. I have also volunteered at my local animal shelter, for which I have been trained in dog handling. I am also experienced in working with senior dogs and administering oral medication. I love all dogs (big and small) and love to keep them happy and healthy. I enjoy taking them on walks or runs, but I am also up for sitting and cuddling with them on the couch for some relaxation time. I am flexible on weekends and most weekdays. Meredith was a fantastic sitter for my 2 dogs and cat. She sent updates and photos which put me at ease that the dogs were enjoying their time with her! My cat even made a few special appearances with Meredith around, even though she is generally very wary of strangers! I felt comfortable leaving my pets in Meredith’s care and had peace of mind they were in good hands.

I am open to all breeds! I have spent time with all kinds of pets, including shelter dogs, dogs with anxiety, and senior dogs. It helps me to know your dog's usual routine and if there are any habits or traits I should be aware of.
A typical day
I love to be outside and would love to take your dog with me for a walk, run, or trip to the dog park. If they aren’t much for exercise, I’m happy to hang out, relax, and give them the attention they need.
