Mercedes and her husband Carlos were great! My dog boarded w/ them for a week and I loved how they consistently updated me regarding my dog since he is a senior dog that is diabetic and has medical needs so that gave me a peace of mind along w/ them also being experienced w/ his needs and how his meds are given which put me at ease too. I really appreciated how they accommodated to him and made him feel at home while I was away. They are a very loving family and are true pet lovers. They not only cared about my pet, but me as a owner as well and was also flexible w/ everything I needed from them. I will definitely be back w/ them again in the future and recommend them to anyone looking for a great, caring, and reliable sitter!
