Pet care experience
I have experience caring for all breeds and personalities! I’ve had dogs all my life and have been caring for dogs just as long! I have experience with dogs with special needs whatever they may be (medications, diabetes, anxieties, etc) With access to a large backyard, paths and parks, within walking distance, we have the opportunity to play all day. If you’re little guys more laid back movie nights and cuddles are always welcome and a more chill stay is always acceptable. ❤️ I am currently a student with summers off so I am available all summer for the most part! Overnights are always welcome if your in need of a doggy hotel:) My husky chloe and i love having an extra friend around to play with and keep us company. I have a beautiful laid back husky, who loves to go on lots of walks, and is a big suck for attention. She loves to play with other dogs but can be a bit shy or standoffish at first. I have a very large crate in house if needed for crate trained or mischievous pups, a large fenced in back deck/decent backyard. Two minute walks from dog park, as well as surrounded by parks and paths for nice walks. Non smokers.

Mercedes looked after our husky June for the day. She was excellent at communicating with us and kept us updating (and worry free) with many photos and videos of how June was doing throughout the day. She was super flexible with drop off and picking up as well. Highly recommend!
Our dog loved the energy with Mercedes and her dog Chloe! We would choose her to dog sit any day.
Mercedes was awesome to work with on sitting our dog Rocco. Super responsive and engaged in caring for him. Highly recommend!

I try to give the dogs I watch the best stay I can because I see it as their little vacation in a way. I try my best to provide lots of play time whether that be with toys and puzzle games, long walks, or playing fetch outside. When staying in your home I try to make it seem like I was never there! Or hopefully you come home and find the place even better than you left it :), I take a lot of pride in providing great care. I send lots of pictures maybe sometimes too many! but this is to ensure the owners have piece of mind and see the itinerary we have planned for the day.

Please let me know if any allergies or dietary restrictions, I offer a variety of healthy and fun treats and get so much joy seeing pups enjoying them. So please let me know if you’d prefer no treats, or if there are any special dietary needs! Also, please inform me prior to visit if your pet is not potty trained or in heat, this is no problem but a heads up before hand is lovely. I do have a dog in my home with me so I will not be able to house pups with aggression or reactivity issues but I would love to come to you if that’s the case! Please let me know if your dog has had any issues in the past with stays or other dogs, I promise it won’t deter me from having you, it’s just safer for everyone that I know all your dogs little quirks if any :)
A typical day
I am active myself and I love to spend lots of time outdoors. My husky demands lots of exercise so we’re always out walking. I have a variety of toys and mind stimulating doggy puzzles to ensure your pup never feels bored. I am a university student spending the summer at home so I will have plenty of free time to care for your pet! Also extremely close to dog parks and Chloe loves to play there so owners that feel comfortable and dogs with dog park experience love that as well!

Availability
I’m currently a student with summers off. This gives me so much time and availability it be home playing with pups! During the school months I am only a part time student with plenty of time spent working from home allowing be to be with your pet:)
