Mercy was friendly and sent daily photos, which I appreciated. She also kept me updated during my trip and assured me that everything was fine. However, when I picked up Slade today, I noticed he had a cut on his neck. She told me it happened earlier that day, but I was never contacted about it, which was disappointing to discover only when I arrived. She mentioned she applied Neosporin, but the wound still had a large patch of dried blood, suggesting it hadn’t been cleaned properly. She also showed me the tube of ointment, which had chew marks on it from Slade. I’m not sure why the bottle was left where he could get to it instead of applying it by hand and keeping it out of reach. Once I got home, I cleaned the area myself, and thankfully it turned out to be a minor surface cut that should heal without a problem. Still, the lack of communication and the way the situation was handled makes me hesitant to book with Mercy again, as I worry about injuries not being properly addressed or reported in the future.

Mercedes is great! She has walked my pups multiple times now and I totally recommend!
