Mercedes is one of the most capable and loving pet owners I have ever known. Over the years I've known her, she has demonstrated overwhelmingly her love for animals and insisive competency of care - by going out her way to provide for her own pet as well as those of her friends and family. As a person, she is an effective, clear communicator and incredibly easy to work with. I cannot recommend her enough! A great animal caretaker and a wonderful person!
