We've had dogs in our household for roughly 8 years now. However, I have grown up in a farming family so I have grown up around not only dogs, but many other animals as well.

I live next to Lincoln Way Park, I currently take my dog on walks around there and the nearby neighborhoods and he loves it! My dog, Milo, is 8 years old is a smaller mixed breed. He's a bit of a loner and is very low energy, he doesn't do a lot of interacting with other dogs except an occasional play time when he feels like he has the energy. He prefers to hang out on top of the couch or in bed and sleep. If it is nice, he loves to be outside!

If they will be staying with me, I would like to know if they are high or low energy. For walks, I would like to know if they interact well with other dogs. If so, then I can bring my dog for a walk as well, and if not then I can leave him at home and take him for a walk at another time.
A typical day
Currently, I take my dog on walks around Lincoln Way Park and surrounding blocks. I am relatively new to the area, so it would be nice to hear about areas other dog owners take their dogs and potentially get to explore them as well.

I work a part time job that has hours varied throughout the week, I do know my schedule 2 weeks in advance, however, and can arrange services around the hours I am scheduled there!
