Hi there! I'm Mercedes. First off, I love animals of all kinds- that's why I'm here! I know how important our four pawed friends are and going away can be stressful for them so I want to help, whether that's keeping them company while you're gone for a day, or days at a time. I'm willing to go up and beyond to keep them happy and comfortable at all times. I can't remember a time when I didn't have at least one animal in my home growing up and always treating them like family. I currently have a 2 year old Russel Terrier, a 10 year old Dachshund and a 10 year old tabby cat...they're all pretty much spoiled rotten! On top of the experience in caring for my own pets, I've also gained a lot of experience in the last two years caring for others. All of them which required overnight sitting due to their age, having separation anxiety, illnesses, or needing medications, etc. One of my greatest advantages is my availability and being able to sit overnight at the clients home where the pet can remain in their familiar space, without the added stress of relocating or sharing space with other animals. I'm able to focus on taking care of your pets and whatever special needs they have, if any. I'm a freelance photographer and have recently become more involved in house/petsitting for friends. This allows me maximum flexibilty and freedom. Now I'd like to extend my services (and love) to any other pets who might need an extra friend to walk with them. Cuddles and slobbery kisses welcome!
