Dogs have been apart of my life since I was 5 years old and picked my first puppy, a German Shepherd I named “Baby”, up from the pound. Since then I’ve lived with an array of family/roommate’s dogs and dog sat many breeds (puppies and elderly dogs) like, Labs, Beagles, Pomeranians, Pit bulls, Terriers, a Great Dane once and even my mom’s Boerboel that I sometimes help take to the vet. My first very own dog was a stray Chihuahua who found me on the street and was never claimed. I named him Oscar and he was my best friend and whole life for 8 years until he passed. I know what it means to grieve for a pet and understand how very important they are in our lives. My current dog, Hazel, is a very friendly and energetic 2 year old Australian Shepherd. She’s super smart and just an all around great dog. I have great experience and would love to look after your furry friend while you are away!
