Mercedes is amazing. She was wonderful with our dog. Aside treating him like family, she sent us videos and pictures to give us the piece of mind that a first time Rover user really appreciates. Aside from her wonderful treatment, her house is set in a park-like area that is wonderful for your pet's walks. I can't imagine having anyone better. I would trust her with our dog any time. If you're a first-time Rover user, I would highly recommend giving Mercedes a try.
