Meng is unprofessional and incapable of caring for your pet. From the beginning to the end it was a struggle with her--from her being on time to do a meet and greet for our dogs, to caring for my dog, to looking to abandon my dog at the first opportunity she got. She acted with zero regard for his wellbeing and was only concerned with herself, her plans, and her wants. She was curt and uncooperative as I was trying to organize alternative care when she suddenly decided she didn't want to care for my dog anymore. She was more concerned about making it to her downtown yoga class than ensuring the handoff of my dog to alternative care, which she effectively mandated, happened smoothly. My dog had anxiety from separation and at night he cried. Instead of trying to find a solution, she took the first opportunity to try and dump him at my place so she could ignore his discomfort and still be paid for her time. Meng was not only unable to deal with his anxiety, but she put more effort into complaining to me about how he was difficult than actually trying to care for him or make him comfortable. When I told her that from camera footage it looked like he had a rough night alone at my place, she was nonplussed and again more concerned with her comfort than caring for my dog to whom she made a commitment. At every turn she was looking to unload him onto someone else and get him off her plate, which I was finally forced to do at the only available place. When I went to pick up his crate and toys from her, she left them outside on the street despite my being within her time window for pickup. I can't recommend trusting Meng to care for your dog or pet. This experience was a nightmare and such unempathetic people who are more interested in making a quick buck than actually caring for animals entrusted to them have no place on this platform.

Meng house sat for us and was very reliable. She sent us photos and updates for peace of mind but it was clear that she took good care of our Nellie.
