I have been working with animals for over 25 years. I started my career working in boarding facilities and then moved to the animal welfare field where I worked in many different areas of that field from direct animal care to management to law enforcement. After many years in humane law enforcement I am looking forward to working with animals in a more joyful setting. I currently foster for a local rescue specifically working with small dogs with behavioral issues. I also sit on the Board of that rescue. It is rewarding to work with animals that can often get overlooked and overwhelmed in a shelter setting. Watching them learn to trust and play is a gift I am forever grateful to experience. I am excited to bring my knowledge, experience, and love for animals to you.
