Pet care experience
A long career in pet grooming has given me the opportunity to work with dogs, cats, and exotic pets of all shapes and sizes. I’m well versed in dog behavior and in the care of many other pets. We have a rabbit, a turtle, and a couple fish tanks in addition to our two dogs at home.

Melissa is the best !! Let me say it one more time Melissa is the best !!! She took such wonderful care of my old lady ( fuzzy my dog )while I was away , when I got back I could tell she didn’t even miss me. My baby girl gets so excited when she sees Melissa it’s unreal. I was also really pleased with how puntual she was . She even went as far as staying a little longer to give her some snuggles 🥰 ( thank God for cámaras ) i have used Melisa about 9 times now and I can honestly say I will continue to use her every time I have a trip or a business trip. It’s nice when you find someone you know takes good care of your baby and it’s great with you as well.

We have a small fenced yard to play in at home, supplemented by daily walks around the neighborhood and weekly hiking in our local parks. Would love to offer group walks with my dogs or solo walks if that’s more your pups style!

A typical day
There are many parks in the area that offer miles of trails, or we can just walk around the neighborhood. Drop in visits include potty break and playtime. Can also administer medications ie: insulin injections, oral meds.

I’m currently working part time so fitting in a visit or walk for your pet while your at the office would be my pleasure. Flexible weekday availability, limited weekends.
