About Pepper

Pepper is the most playful dog I've ever met. Ever since she was a puppy she wanted to be off roaming the house or finding a cat to play with. She never has any issue getting along with any kind of living thing. Except maybe chasing the occasional cat. Pepper makes herself at home on the couch or in bed. Really whatever seat you've recently vacated. She will pester you with a rope or a ball or a stick until you throw it. Dropping it in your lap covered in slobber looking up at you with these sad, chocolate chip eyes. Beware, once you throw that ball or rope or stick you're committed. She'll keep coming back for more! She LOVES to be outside. I often open the patio door when it's nice out and she's perfectly content lying on the stone watching the pedestrians and cars drive by.

About Ginger

Before I adopted Ginger, she was a stray living on the hard streets of Dallas. She was cowering in her kennel at the shelter on the EU list having freshly given birth to a litter of puppies no one can find. She saunters up to other humans just as confidently as any other healthy dog and greets new dogs and then doesn't care anything about them. She sniffs them, tolerates their play but would mostly rather be lying under the coffee table.

Ginger needs a little more introducing than my other dog. She is by no means aggressive, but needs to be gently introduced to other dogs to trust them. I think there might have been some abuse in her past before I adopted her, but I'm not sure.
  • Gets along with cats: Yes
Yep! She pretty much leaves them alone.
