Pet care experience
I have absolutely adored dogs ever since I was a little girl and have been around dogs my whole life. I have experience caring for dogs of all shapes, sizes, and ages - from gentle senior dogs on medications to the wildest puppies. 😊 I lost my childhood dog this past summer so I have a particular soft spot for older dogs. I was raised in WI my whole life, but decided to go to college in California to study human biology on the premed track. My puppy, Winnie, is well-traveled and comes with me back and forth. I am currently on a gap year at home so I have all the time in the world to love on and care for your furry family members. I live with my parents and younger 13 y/o brother - all of whom are absolute dog lovers as well.

Please let me know what makes your dog comfortable, and your dogs' dislikes, if they are potty trained or have any destructive behaviors. If there are any routines that your dog is used to, let me know! The more I know about your baby, the better I can take care of them.

For boarding and doggy daycare, I schedule meet and greets beforehand just to make sure your pup and mine get along. I would love to know what your dog's daily schedule is like just so we can best accommodate them. Please let me know if your pet has any behavioral issues, special needs, or silly quirks. I'd love to know about them as much as I can!
A typical day
Whatever your dog wants to do, I am game! If you have a high-energy dog that needs plenty of exercise, we can go on multiple walks a day. Or if you have a pet that's more laidback, we can relax too. My house is full of dog toys and enrichment toys/puzzles so there's always something to keep them occupied! I have more dog beds than dogs so there is always a comfy place to rest as well. :)

Availability
Right now I'm home all day! I'm a full-time dog mom to my cocker spaniel and she's the center of my world. We go on walks in the morning and evening. We pass the day playing and resting. I feed my pup 3 meals a day, usually around 9am, 2pm, and 7pm. My entire schedule is fitted to the pups and I am flexible with whatever schedule your dog is used to. I am willing to do whatever makes your dog feel most at home!
