My love of animals came from growing up with dogs and cats - of different breeds and all with their own, unique personality. We loved them from puppies/kittens to their sunset, senior years. I have helped provide care for family and friends’ pets while they have been out of town or needed a hand - following specific feeding and medication needs.

Second booking, and just as thrilled. If you're a remotely anxious pet parent who loves to see photos and get updates on your fuzzbutts, Melody is the best. She's amazing at communicating, willing to be flexible, follows instructions, leaves the house immaculate, and best of all, we come home to happy, calm, settled pets. A++
Booked Melody for a week for the first time, and literally can't say enough good things. She did a meet and greet before the booking, communicated consistently each day, and sent photos morning and night (which I'd requested). My old dog is skittish around new people and Kita LOVED Melody -- allowed her to put on her harness immediately, let Melody pet her, etc. We had not one but three *very* important, large deliveries that decided to arrive while we were away, and she made sure she was at our house to take the deliveries, followed instructions on where to tell the delivery folks to place all of the boxes, and sent photos once everything was stacked in the garage. She stayed until she knew we were on the plane home, and when I walked in, I swear the house was cleaner than when I left. Everything was immaculate. What a relief on all fronts. I will 100% be booking Melody again.
We are so happy to have found Melody! We were in search of someone who could watch our Rio over the Christmas holidays and be comfortable staying over with a very skittish, shy pup. Melody was awesome from the very beginning - responsive, willing to meet and greet beforehand, so calm and gentle as Rio lost her mind initially. Throughout the stay we got updates and pics which gave us so much comfort. Highly recommend Melody!
Booked Melody the for the first time this weekend. I have a special needs cat who needs a lot of attention. She was on time, communicative and just so so nice. She was also so loving with my GhostMan, he was really in such good hands.

I would like to do meet-and-greets prior to overnight stays to ensure I’m the right fit. Any of their naughty/silly habits, sensitivities, etc. It allows me to come in as a friend vs stranger the first day of the stay.
A typical day
I enjoy going for walks, kayaking, or rollerblading around the lake. Happy to take your dog (or cat!) outside for a walk however often they’d like.

I work from home full time (Saint Paul). I have a fairly flexible schedule, happy to take your dog for a walk over my lunch break.
