Pet care experience
I’ve had multiple family pets since I was very young. I first began dog sitting when I was a freshman in high school and continued throughout college. Double majored in college including a focus in Animal Psychology. I currently have a 5.5 yr old Australian Shepherd mix and a 4 yr old Beagle mix (both spayed females that are overly friendly and who love having other dogs around the house while I’m pet sitting). I also have a bad habit of bringing home strays/rescues from bad situations and helping them find forever homes!

Melody is a great sitter! We are very picky about where we leave our pet and she has been wonderful. We have already used her twice and plan on it again when we are out of town!

Melody is the best!!! 10/10 if we need our pip to stay the night somewhere again will be trusting her! She sent pictures and updates each day and our dog was happy as a clam when we went to take her home!

I live in a house with 2 young dogs, 5.5 & 4 years old, both female, submissive, and overly friendly! They absolutely love having company to play with but they also provide their furry friends with space when needed (ie when I have senior citizen dogs over, etc). Plenty of room for long walks and I also frequent the dog park as well as the dog beach with my 2 pups. My roommate absolutely loves dogs as well and she is often around while I’m at work to provide some extra love and companionship.

Must be good with other dogs if you would like me to watch them at my house as I have 2 of my own! It is also important for me to know your dog’s behavior habits (ie chewing, food aggression, accidents in the house, separation anxiety, a need to be crated, etc) so that I can make sure I am able to fully accommodate your dog’s individual needs.
A typical day
Love taking the dogs for walks around the neighborhood, to the dog park, and even to the dog beach for a swim (if permitted)! I think it’s important to provide sufficient daily exercise and stimulation.

Availability
I work full time with my current work hours fluctuating on a daily basis. While I can still accommodate providing services during the week, I can only accommodate pets with a little flexibility in their daily routine. I have open availability nights and weekends to play with your pet(s) and/or take them on an adventure! While I do my best to accommodate requests for last minute reservations and late/early drop off and pick up requests, these services may require an additional fee on a case by case basis (primarily if I have to change my schedule to accommodate your booking).
