Hello! My name is Melody. I have over 20 years of experience with taking care of pets (as I have had many different pets) my specialty is dealing with dogs that have anxiety. I have one dog that has social anxiety. So I know the patience and love that is needed. So when you book me, you book someone that will love them as if they were my own. I do accept other forms of payment (I do have my business outside of Rover) so to reduce the fees on both side, or so ask me about it before booking. ****I also provide really great pictures of your furr babies, it’ll be like a photo shoot****

We used Melody for an overnight with our elderly bulldogs, she did an amazing job with them! She keeps you updated throughout the day with photos and just lets you know how everything’s going which is great to keep your mind at ease while away! I would highly recommend booking with Melody she’ll treat your fur babies like her own!
Melody super communicative throughout her time with him and very attentive to his needs, especially when he became unwell right before we returned from our trip. She was also VERY accommodating when our friend who was supposed to take over care for our dog got stuck out of town due to weather and we needed to extend days for care until our return. This happened over the holidays when it is so hard to find pet care! But melody was able to work with us and take on the extra days last minute even over the holidays. We appreciated her care very much and would definitely recommend her services.

Melody was a fantastic walker for our lab! She is so easy to communicate with and handles our dogs early walk crazies with ease. She brought us back a tired but VERY happy dog. If I do go to your house, I will make sure to greet them, and make sure they have food/water (depends on what you have for them on schedules) they will have interaction times and take them for walks (if applicable) and when I leave, I will make sure that everything is good to go and your furbabies safe and sound.

If there are directions that needs to be followed, I’m pretty good at just reading the directions unless you need to show me. I do need to know if your dog is good with other dogs (mainly mines) if not, I won’t have them around my dog.
A typical day
I like to have them play catch, play with toys and if they are unable, just have them sit and pet them. Sometimes, I’ll give them massages. I also take almost professional photos of your dog. Somehow I can always get them to look at the camera. Haha

Availability
I provide transportation to go to the park or a dog park (if your dog is social) and they are safe in my car. I have an attached leash seatbelt so they are able to enjoy the windows down without worrying if they’ll jump out. If your furbaby is high energy. I make sure to tire them out with funs in a healthy way.
