My husband and I are not only nurses, but animal lovers! Our clean, non-smoking, child-free home has an open floor plan with wood/tiled floors and a spacious enclosed patio with pool for bug free play. There is a fully fenced grassy area for them to use for play or if they aren't able to be walked. We are fully insured with our own kennel insurance. Our doggy daycare spots are currently full, we will update when there is an opening. 24/7 supervision with no set business hours to worry about. We only take dogs under 25 pounds so your medium and tiny babies are safe from being stepped on or hurt by larger dogs (not that we don't love the big guys, there just isn't enough space here). We are unable to take several breeds, even if they are a puppy. Please see the list of breeds we do not take in the "What Mellisa and Todd would like to know about your dog" section. We will be happy to care for guests in the same family (sorry no cats) with a multiple dog discount on boarding. We do require vaccination records on all visitors. It is easy to find us, take exit 107 off Interstate 75 or use HWY 41 and we are just off Pine Ridge Rd in Central/North Naples. We are very flexible with drop off and pickup times. You will not be charged an extra day if picking up in the evening (we know life happens). Dog guests will be supervised closely around the swimming pool. They can swim with parental permission only. We have XS, S and M sized life jackets available. Our neighborhood has so many dogs that our guests are sure to make a friend! Guests will be walked in our beautiful neighborhood in the morning, evening and anytime they ask. We have a stroller available for those that tire easily. Feeding will be on whatever their usual times are with you providing their food (special diets are no problem). We only serve filtered water to our guests and I am trained in the use of essential oils which we diffuse to improve the doggies stay. We have many years of experience caring for shy/anxious; blind/deaf, diabetic, elderly, arthritic/paralyzed dogs and pups recovering from surgery/illness. Medication; shots, pills, creams, drops and dressing changes are provided as needed. If your pup needs 24 hour care while recovering from surgery or illness, we are happy to help. Healthy pooches are welcome too! We will ensure that each guest receives plenty of cuddles and attention (they can even sleep in our bed)! Our two rescue pups are very calm and enjoy playing with our guests. You will receive photos and videos daily so that you can be assured your pup is enjoying their vacation!
