I own a rescue dog called Sabana (she’s a 2 and a bit year old plott hound mix and loves to make new friends) and take no more one dog at a time. I recently located to Hawáii on the beautiful island of Lana’i and am currently living in one of the five star resorts on the island - which is where your dog will be staying too! I have extensive experience with dogs, having repeat clients on Rover, and used to volunteer at BARC in Williamsburg (NYC) which I enjoyed so much—inspiring me to adopt my own furbaby. Mellie is fantastic!!! She is very conscientious and Communicates well with how my babies are doing when we are gone. I can tell she loves on them a lot as well!
Mellie is great! She gives updates with lots of details and lots of photos! My one dog is older and having some issues and Mellie deals with it beautifully.
Our Bella is a shy girl and this was the first time we were leaving her with a sitter so we were a bit worried. Mellie was great though, she kept sending us pics and videos to ensure we could relax. :) She made sure Bella felt safe and we could not be happier. I highly recommend Mellie!
Mellie did a terrific job watching our dog. She constantly sent us photos and kept us in the loop on how our dog was doing. Will certainly book with her again!

No breed preferences, I love all kinds of dogs as long as they have no dangerous behavioral issues. I do require any dogs to be staying with me to be crate trained as I have had previous clients whose dogs were destructive while I was out of the house.
A typical day
-Walks/runs in the park or in the great outdoors (hiking trails, anyone?) -Cafe/restaurant dates (check my IG dogsitter profile @dogsitterlyfe) -Unlimited cuddles, belly rubs and photo shoots

Availability
I am available for dog boarding or dogsitting through the week and also weekends. I adapt my schedule to meet the dog’s regarding wake up, feed, potty and sleep schedule.
