Hi there! Thank you for considering me for taking care of your wonderful companion. A little about me is my first best friend was my great Great Dane, Blue. He stuck by my side as an infant and toddler, protecting and keeping me company. I’ve loved all 4 cats and 5 dogs (2 Danes, 1 German Shepard, 1 Pitbull mix, & 1 Miniature Pug) that I’ve grown up with in my household. I know have 2 of my own fur babies Nala 🐕 & Kuzco 🐈. I look forward to helping you with my in client-house drop ins and occasional over nights, dog walking, and endless affection. Tell me what you look for in a care giver and I will try my hardest to exceed your expectations. I’m extremely reliable and trustworthy, after meeting me I know you’ll feel the same way!

From a young age Melissa has loved dogs - especially larger breeds. She grew up with Great Danes, German Shepherds and Labrador Retrievers. She has both dog sat for others and has been a dog owner. She gravitates towards dogs whenever possible. She would make a great dog sitter.

We are in the middle of closing on a house and our first project will be putting up a fence. My dog Nala loves to play and relax with all dogs and so does my cat Kuzco! Whenever we leave Nala is kenneled- she loves having her uninterrupted nap times :)

How is their temperament and what should I avoid doing that may upset them? Are they good with other dogs and people they’ve never met? Or are they better to be in an environment without other animals?
A typical day
I love to go on walks or runs! Playing fetch and sun tanning is a huge hit at our house. We also can snuggle up and watch some movies together!
