Pet care experience
I’ve been a pet owner for most of my life and I’ll always be one. I’m retired so I’m home most of the time. I’ve been dog sitting for friends and family for years and I’ve been jokingly called the dog whisperer. I have a large mixed breed dog that loves hanging out with new friends. He’s very friendly and gets along with everyone. I love all animals, especially dogs, but I was even called upon recently to take care of a family member’s goats and turkeys as well as their dogs! I’ll love and care for your fur baby while you’re away from home. I’ll be happy to face time you, so you can visit with your sweet boy or girl anytime you like.

This was my first time using an at home pet sitter to check on my elderly cats. I was nervous but I didn't want to put the stress of driving to a boarder on them again. Melissa was great!!! My boys needed medication along with their food. Melissa also cleaned up after one of my guys (they are 17 years old) decided he was done using the litter box. I will 100% use Melissa again!!
Melissa did an amazing job with my dogs! She kept me up to date on her arrival and departure times...even sent photos of the happy doggos daily. I would highly recommend Melissa!
We hired Melissa to come out and watch our new baby throughout the day, I can’t say enough good things about her. She’s always on time which is so important to help create and maintain a new schedule for the puppy. She always send pictures and our girl looks so happy in every one of them. We will definitely continue using her for any of our puppy needs.
Melissa is wonderful! We were able to relax on our trip knowing our cat was in great hands. Our cat who is very shy felt very comfortable around Melissa. She is very thorough and provides detailed check in updates. We will definitely call her next time we go out of town. :)
