Hi :) My name is Melissa and I would love to walk and take care of your furry friends. I currently live in Santa Cruz and work in the field of education. I grew up taking care of various household pets: dogs, cats, birds, bunnies, fish, hamsters, and reptiles. I have experience working on farms and taking care of farm animals and chores. I personally can’t have any pets of my own at the moment, so I’m looking forward to connecting with your animals and creating a safe and friendly environment for everyone. In my free time I enjoy the great outdoors as much as possible and would love your pet to accompany me on hikes and walks on the beach. I look forward to meeting you and your pets! I work locally in Santa Cruz and am available in the mornings before 8am, have a 45 minute work break in the afternoon, and am finished with work at 3:30 pm. My weekends are pretty much free, besides the occasional out of town adventure. Having another person take care of someone in your family, like your pet, is a major responsibility that I don’t take lightly. I approach every new client with an open-mind, open heart, and honest communication.
