Hello to all Fur Lovers♥️ About me: I specialize in enrichment activities, body language training as well as positive basic behavioral training. I enjoy spending time with dogs, creating my own connections with them and sharing any knowledge I've learned along the way with their owners if they ask. For me, it's not so much about "dog sitting" but engaging with dogs. I find the relationships we create with them fascinating and I genuinely care for their feelings and desires. I continue to learn as this industry changes, and I’m always available for consultations and recommendations. I feel blessed to be able to connect with dogs and find joy watching them learn & play, as well as observing their individual personalities. Meeting and caring for each new animal client is building new fur friends and establishing bonds that I cherish. *I'm not for everyone, since I do go the extra mile and become invested in the dogs I care for. However, my passion for and unique connection to dogs is what brings me the most joy. My qualifications: -I have owned or cared for dogs for over 40 years. Including APBT, Labs, Min Pins, Goldens, Beagles, Shepherds, multiple small breeds, as well as more breeds than I have room to name. -I am able to offer all types of enrichment activities. (Mental , physical, exposure, socialization, relax, to name a few - see specialty above). -I am able to administer oral medicine (pills or liquid), as well as needle injections. -I have cared for blind dogs, dogs ranging from 8 weeks to 16 years, even dogs post-op surgery. -I am experienced providing post op rehabilitation for cruciate and ACL surgeries, and am able to care all post op surgeries, (changing bandages, limiting activity, feedings). -I am able to provide positive reinforcement training, clicker training, for basic behaviors, (essentially the behaviors needed to pass the AKC Good Citizen Test). -I am able to care for multiple dogs in one household. -I am very careful when arriving and leaving to ensure there are no escape artists. -I provide my clients with daily updates consisting of photos, daily adventures, & more if need be. -The daily photos of their pets show their fur babies doing their normal routine, (so that the parents know their dogs are comfortable), I also look for those candid picture perfect moments. -I am well read on multiple behavioral issues, and have experience with reactivity, separation anxiety, guarding, and aggression. -I follow instructions very well, and one thing I hear often from my clients is that I go above and beyond.. -I enjoy playing with dogs and just hanging out, receiving kisses and snuggling with them.
