Melissa was in a word INCREDIBLE! It's always a difficult situation leaving your pup with someone you don't know. Rover is a great service, but selecting the right "sitter" for your pup is a challenge. I love the meet and greet, and think it's essential. I visited two other "sitters" and deciided for varying reasons that they were not what I, nor Abby were looking for. Melissa was more than competent, had a wonderful home, and fenced in yard. Her personality was exactly what I was looking for, confident, and friendly. Abby had been having some skin issues, and after asking if I would be comfortable with her giving her a medicated bath to soothe the itch, Melissa provided the relief Abby was looking for. Please accept my ringing endorsement of Melissa and her "assistant," Jerry who apparently shares the responsibility with great care and compassion. I will be reaching out to Melissa "and co.," during my next period of travel. Thank you for the pictures of Abby, and the hospitality. (Five Stars!)
