Growing up in a household of three cats, and a love for dogs and horses from an early age has made caring for animals a natural part of my personality. From a young age I have aspired to work with animals, and have been entrusted to work alone with neighbors dogs since around the age of 10. Through the caretaking of senior cats I grew up with I have learned that specific pet needs and owner instructions are crucial to a happy, healthy pet. Animal behavior and care has always been a fascinating subject for me. Striving to learn what is best for different individuals, and learning through hands on and written material through local veterinarians and online courses has been one of my favorite parts of animal education. Reliability, attention to detail, and understanding the best care methods through specific owner requirements and instructions is my top priority when interacting with pets. Patience and consistency come first when getting to know a new animal, and having to adjust accordingly to their needs and personality. From puppies and kittens, to beloved seniors; knowing that your pets health, safety, and wellbeing is properly looked after while you're away makes it just a little bit easier each time you have to leave. With prompt contact and communication, you can be sure your pet is happy, healthy, and having fun. (Maybe expelling a little energy too!) Having experience with horses as well as cats and dogs, I'm comfortable with all size animals and their unique personalities. You can check in with your pet anytime they are in my care, and breathe easy knowing their needs always come first.
