Pet care experience
My love for dogs began while volunteering at an animal shelter for 5+ years. While I was there, I worked with dogs of different sizes, breeds, and temperaments. Since then, I have dog sat for friends and family. I also freelance by being a dog walker and sitter on Wag! and Rover. I am a patient, loving dog sitter that truly loves what I do! If you are in need of a feline care taker, I am also a cat lover and have experience fostering cats!

Melissa is the best dog sitter and walker out there. My husband and I were out of town, so she watched my hyper active dog. He ended up getting sick and projectile vomiting. She contacted me very quickly and helped remedy to situation. Gave him pumpkin and rice after a couple of hours to settle his stomach. She sent me photo and video updates. When we came back, Jack was healthy again thanks to Melissa. When ever I am out of town, I choose Melissa to watch my dog. She will take care of your dogs needs and respond to any situation that arises without panic. My dog loves her and so do we.
Melissa did great when she took care of the dogs at our local adoption center. She played with each of the dogs and was gentle and loving, especially with the scared ones. She made sure each of the dogs in her care got enough attention, and none was left out. She even taught a few basic tricks to the dogs. I highly recommend Melissa to take care of your dogs; they will be happy with her. She is responsible and reliable and very mature for her age. Melissa is an excellent dog sitter!
