I really hate to write this review but feel like it's important to be honest with other users so they can make decisions about who will watch their animals and be in their house. I had Melissa house-sit while I was away for Thanksgiving and during that time she had a party at my house. Her guests drank multiple bottles of expensive wine and alcohol (3 bottles of wine and 5 bottles of liquor [2 which were left empty and 3 more were left half gone]). Her guests broke an expensive wine glass. Brand new candles that were barely used were burned out. Also, my personal products (mouthwash, body scrub, new toothpaste) were used with barely anything left. I came home to find the upstairs was not secured from the dogs (as I had asked) and a candle was left burning all day which could have caused a fire. I was paying for someone to care for my dogs not throw a party at my expense. (Which only makes me wonder where my dogs were during this party and how they were doing if they were surrounded by may people they didn't know.) I wouldn't expect this behavior from a friend who was staying at my house and doing me a favor. I will not use Rover again.

Thanks for watching our puppy Melissa! It's nice to have someone we trust to keep tabs on the puppy while we're away. I'm glad we are getting to know you and looking forward to our next visit.
