Melissa was a great kitty sitter! I only needed cat care this time, but my dog also loved her when we met to hand off the keys. I will be looking to use her again in the future whenever I'm out of town and can't bring my cat or dog.

Melissa was terrific, even better than we had hoped for. Initially, she responded to our request very quickly which gave us real piece of mind as this was an emergency situation and we might have had to cancel our family plans if we couldn't find a sitter. So her quick response was really appreciated. She was a very pleasant person at first meeting and very professional as well. She was very careful to ask if there were any habits Ella had that might appear strange but were just "Ella" things not to worry about. We've had our rescue dog three years now and she has never been with a non-family member. Melissa was the first. Inside of an hour or so Melissa sent a picture of Ella in her lap. It really made us feel good. We would not hesitate to use Melissa again and again, Thanks Melissa.
