I live 1 mile away from a dog park and 10 mins away from a trail head to hike. I have a SUV which is great for taking dogs on fun adventures. I am centrally located both with my job and residence, so I find it easy to make lots of potty breaks and outside time for dogs I watch. I have had dogs as long as I can remember. All my friends hope they are reincarnated as one of my dogs. I have a great relationship with several local vets. I enjoy being outside, so most dogs love when I watch them. My 2 dogs are highly socialized and extremely friendly and playful. Any dog I have ever watched has welcomed me back at every visit.
