I have been pet sitting since i was a kid and have years of experience with dogs of all shapes and sizes, from toy poodles to Bernese Mountain Dogs. I've also had a fair bit of experience with other animals, from cats to reptiles, birds, small mammals, and horses. I work retail, so my schedule is flexible and I have excellent people skills. I have training in pet nutrition and behavior, and experience working with challenging dogs. I love being active, and am a life long animal lover so this is the perfect job! I will leave your home in the same great condition you left it and your pets happy and played with! I used to do backyard agility with my own dog, so I have lots of fun games to play with your pet that can even improve behavior. I come from a medical family, so I am comfortable with giving oral medications- even to cats!

Melissa loves animals, especially dogs! She enjoys walking, playing and caring for them. Their comfort is a responsibility that Melissa takes seriously and approaches with dedication. She looks after each animal as if it is her own and always gives her full effort to follow the directions she is given for their care. She has had many years of experience with her own dog and with those of friends, and neighbors. She also is employed at a pet store and has responsibility for the dogs and cats in their care. She is very respectful of owners and their homes. I recommend her highly.
