Melissa was fantastic!!! We were so worried because this was the first time we were entrusting someone we did not know to take care of our little furball, our cat Salem. She took the time to come over and meet Salem first, and even though he is not too social, he immediately went to her and was around her. She sent me pictures everyday she was at our home to take care of him, which made me feel secure while away because he looked so happy he had company! She also coordinated key drop off with me and she was honest in her communication, which I really appreciated. I am holding on to you, Melissa, thank you so much for taking care of our little panther :)
