Pet care experience
I’ve had pets since I was a young child (rabbits, cats, and dogs), and currently have two dogs of my own — George (13) and Maggie (4). Dogs are *perfect creatures* and deserve to be loved and cared for with the utmost attention. My friends rely on me to care for their dogs while they are away, and they know they’ll return to a happy pup after a stay at Camp Melissa! 🐶☺️ I am experienced at giving oral medications (including with bribes), and value positive play and training to keep dogs stimulated and engaged.

Sunny had such a fun time with Melissa and her dogs when he stayed with them for 8 days! Melissa was super communicative and easy to work with, and she sent lots of photos and updates! Sunny was obsessed with her dog Maggie in particular and they had a great time together! It made me so happy to know that he was safe, happy, and loved while I was out of town. I will definitely be booking with Melissa again!
Melissa was always very nice and attentive, she sent pictures of Chan every day and told us about his day, overall she was awesome and my dog really enjoyed his stay with her!
Melissa was extremely accommodating and I would 100% book with her again. Tommy loved her dogs and was happy the entire time. She provided updates with photos, which I really appreciated.

I have a fenced yard in a fairly quiet neighborhood, and two pups to keep yours entertained — one is lazy, the other loves to play, but they both enjoy a good snuggle. I’m always outside with my dogs (they’re never unattended). I want to keep yours comfortable and happy — dogs are allowed on furniture and in bed (unless you direct otherwise).

My dogs keep me on a good routine — morning walks, trips outside every few hours, afternoon playtime in the yard, and another walk in the evening. I work from home Monday and Friday which makes pet care easy and my schedule flexible. Weekends are usually for longer walks and trips to the dog park!
