Pet care experience
I have been around fur babies all my life but I'm definitely a dog person! As a child we had a border collie and as an adult my husband and I have a Weimaraner mix. Manny is almost 4 years old and is the light of our life. He loves making new friends and will enjoy playing chase, tug of war or just snuggling with your pup. If your pet stays with us both my husband and I will love your pet like our own! I will be available full time until school starts back which means plenty of walks and playtime. I am a physical education teacher so I have summers, holidays and weekends off. At our house we have 15 plus toys that can be used inside and outside. If staying with us, your dog will have access to a large, fenced in backyard. Your dog will not be alone unless I am running errands for a bit. Hopefully your dog will enjoy our loving household that is great for any size dog! We can't wait to meet you and your baby! :)

I have known Melissa for several years. During that time I’ve had the opportunity to witness her take care of her own large and active dog, as well as help out others with their dogs. Melissa has helped walk and check in with my boykin spaniel (medium sized and very active). Melissa is incredibly responsible, has a lot of experience with dogs ranging in size, temperament, and energy. Bottom line - I trust her with my dog and he means everything to me!!!
