Loving Animal Carer Seeking a Furry Friend
Pet care experience
My natural ease combined with my love and affinity for animals is why family and friends rely on me and most importantly trust me with their pets. I am highly attentive and sensitive to pet needs which allows me to build strong rapports with the pets I look after. I have experience looking after dogs and cats, feeding them, walking them, playing with them and giving them the attention they need. I have a 9am-5pm job, however I work from home everyday apart from Tuesdays, so would be able petsit during work hours and my availability remains flexible over the weekend. I have cared for pets at home, I live in a spacious apartment with a terrace which can be refreshing for pets in between walks. I also live with two other female friends who are pet lovers too!

Melissa did an AMAZING job with our dachshund, Mochi. We left him with her for two weeks which is the longest we have ever left him. Melissa kept us constantly updated with photos/videos & updates on how he was so I always felt reassured that Mochi was having a good time. Mochi can be a bit difficult with new people but he quickly fell in love with Melissa which says a lot about her. Would 100% recommend!
Melissa was keen to know all about Benji and did an amazing job looking after him. You could tell she really cared about Benji and tried very hard. She gave me regular updates with pictures and videos along with details of how he was. I’d be happy for Benji to stay with her again.
Melissa watched my Vaca for a couple of nights and she was amazing. I explained she can be quite shy and also fussy with who she trusts and Melissa was so understanding and reassured me all would be ok. She sent me regular updates and pics and I could see she was so well looked after, and I had nothing to worry about at all. I would 100% recommend Melissa to anyone. Thanks again!
Melissa was so great with our little dog Rico! She kept him active and kept us updated throughout the whole weekend which we really appreciated :) will deffo be leaving Rico with Melissa again!

A typical day
I enjoy going for long walks and runs. I try to visit new parks/nature areas around London when I look after dogs, it's always fun exploring the green spaces London has to offer with a fury friend. I live next to wormwood scrubs which is very ideal for dogs who do not need to be on a leash, as the open space allows them to run freely. If they're still not tired by the time we get home, it's a great way to get them burning any energy they have left!
