Melissa was great! She took such great care of our goldendoodle when we were away last weekend. Since it was our first time leaving our dog, we were so grateful for the ease of communication in arranging our dog's stay and the opportunity to meet with her before our dog's visit. The updates and photos that she sent of our dog during her stay also made it so obvious that our dog was being well cared for and much-loved in Melissa's home. It really put our minds at ease. Melissa herself is an upbeat treasure and we will unquestionably use her to watch our dog and our cat in the future.

Melissa is very reliable and always responds promptly. She is very flexible with scheduling walks, and she even came to our house for free to meet the dogs before we paid or confirmed our first walk. She went out of her way to solve an error in the app when we got charged wrong, and fixed it for us, so we weren't troubled at all! 10/10 recommend!
