I have been an animal owner and lover my entire life. In addition to caring for my own pups and cats, I have been pet sitting for the past 14 years (and have many happy references!). My love extends to horses and chickens, as well. I am currently home full time raising a 2, 5, and 7 year old, in addition to my black lab, (with the faithful assistance of my husband). So, I am available and home the majority of the day and able to tend to many needs. We go on walks everyday on our 11 acre property, which consists of Woodlands with a hiking trail and also a couple pastures. Prior to staying home I was a high school English teacher, softball coach, equestrian team leader, volunteer coordinator, and an advocate for the homeless in Frederick County. I am home full-time, so I am able to meet the needs of the animals I sit. I am also able to administer medication and care for any special needs. I do not crate pups unless the owners wish for me to do so. They are welcome on my couches, too! As for exercise, we have plenty of land for that!
