Pet care experience
Our home has been a foster refuge since the 90's, I have had the privilege of assisting hundreds of pups and many cats find their loving homes. My experience with so many personalities and individual canines has given me the confidence to offer quality care for dogs in my area. I especially enjoy caring for senior dogs, and I can also support your type of positive training modification. I have been through several training classes with my dogs. I have 3 dogs that have earned their AKC Canine Good Citizen awards. Recently, my dog Willow, has received her AKC Farm Dog Title. With the fosters that have come to me, I have worked with MANY types of canines - all sorts of shenanigans...you bet!!

Melissa was so wonderful with our rowdy girls. They immediately took to her, and she even did some training with them! We didn't think we'd be able to find someone to replace our old caretaker but Melissa is a perfect fit!
Melissa was amazing!! She spent more time than we expected during her drop-in visits with our pups and kept us updated after every visit. She even brought them a special treat of chicken and sweet potatoes!! Melissa is no doubt the new best friend of Elvis and Annabelle.
Melissa is the most professional dog sitter I've ever worked with (and I'm old!). From the first phone call, she was thorough and courteous. Melissa took the time to ask questions and explain her methodology, and maintained clear communication with me through the entire process. I've never had a vacation where I didn't worry about my dog (until I hired Melissa). She provided daily photo updates without me even asking. It's clear that Melissa truly loves dogs, and her kindness and thoughtfulness take pet-sitting to a whole new level. I wholeheartedly recommend her services to anyone.
Riley and Skyla had a great 2-night stay with Melissa! We got frequent communication and photos so we could see that our pups had settled in nicely and were getting plenty of attention. Riley and Skyla had not been away from us for quite a long time so we were a bit worried, but Melissa did a fantastic job helping to make them feel comfortable and loved. We will definitely use Melissa for future dog sitting!!

A typical day
I will be walking your dogs and exploring the neighborhoods near your home, or we can load up in the car and travel to the great parks in Warren and Hunterdon County. Meadow Breeze and Point Mountain are two of my favorites.
