Hi there! We’re Melissa and Adam who are both huge lovers of dogs and animals with plenty of experience. I have lived with and looked after dogs as well as many other animals my entire life (my home was essentially Noah’s Ark growing up..) and Adam has grown up alongside dogs and cats! I’ve looked after both small and large breeds, and have experience dog sitting for family members and being relied upon. We currently have a 2 year old Golden x Lab who is a massive softie that loves other humans and dogs. Whether you need someone to give your dog a little company or look after them whilst you’re away we are more than happy to offer my services.

The best sitters ever, my dog just loves going to their home and she is never in a hurry to leave, when I go to pick her up. They take such great care of my dog. Melissa and Adam are such a lovely couple with an absolutely beautiful home. Very fast with communication and we received plenty of update and photos of our Ruby. Reggie is an absolute beautiful boy and Ruby absolutely loved spending the night with him. She didn’t want to come back home. She had such a great time playing. She was absolutely exhausted when we brought her home. This is the second time we have used Melissa and Adam as they took care of Ruby whilst we were getting married. It’s so reassuring to know that we have somewhere we can take our pooch where she is well looked after, loved and has the freedom to run around and play. We will 100% be using Melissa and Adam again for our dog sitting and we highly recommend their services.
Trevor loves his stays with Melissa. He's not typically the most chilled dog, but he was instantly at home with Melissa, Adam & Reggie, and settled right in. I have to coax him out of the door when it's time to go home :)
Well Melissa, Adam and Reg, you have done it again. Willow have had a absolutely wonderful time with you. I know from the written and pictorial updates that I had while I was away. Also when I arrive back at your home to pick up Willow, she is not racing for the front door. While I was talking with Adam, Melissa came home and Willow was so excited to see her and ran to greet her. I literally feel that its a home from home for Willow, so I don't have to stress or worry about any aspect of her care while she is with you. Thank you so much for being the best for my baby.

We have a fenced garden with a large front gate with one active boy to keep your fur babies company included, but also a spacious home should your dog need space to snuggle down and feel safe and secure. For boarding, it would be essential that if we looked after your pooch, you could do a home visit to introduce our dogs and ensure the environment is suitable. We have a large back garden with plenty of room to play in on a quiet residential road, with a large field within walking distance and plenty of local nature reserves for your pooch to explore. As we do have a large front gate sadly we can’t take on any houndinis, however rest assured dogs including our own are ALWAYS supervised outside and we will always insist you’re 100% happy our home is suitable before accepting boarding requests. In your home, we are happy to follow your guidance on how you choose to look after your dog, with plenty of company and walks to keep them happy!

Let us know whether your dog has any special needs I need to account for. As we do have a dog in the household, your dog will need to be happy to be in a home with another dog and show no signs of aggression towards them. We cannot host any female dogs that have not been spayed. If your dog has any walk reactivity or anything important we should know, please inform us so we can cater to their needs. It is essential any medical history, allergies and temperament are disclosed prior to looking after your pup. It is important to check your dog is chipped to your current address, they are up to date on vaccinations and are up to date on flea and worm before their visit. Emergency contact details and veterinary details must also be provided before boarding.
A typical day
We love to stimulate your dogs physically and mentally. You can be assured that your dog will have plenty of company and enrichment. If there is anything specific you would like us to do with your dog such as how many times a day and for how long they are walked please let us know and we will do our best to cater for their needs and stick to their routine!

Currently, I work part time and my partner Adam works from home so there is always someone around to look after your fur baby. We both like to keep active and our own dog often comes on long hikes and runs with us so rest assured your dog will have plenty of daily walks according to their needs.
