Hi friends! I am temporarily out of state working on my Masters degree in NY! I'm sorry for the inconvenience this may cause. ____________________________ Hi, I'm Melissa! Working as an art teacher here in Howard County, I have a passion for animals and just love taking care of them! I unfortunately can NOT host pets overnight at my house because of regulations where i'm living, but am more than happy to do overnights and watch your fur baby in their homes. I will come pick your pups up if you've requested a walk or other services, and can either take them to some of my favorite walking trails or go around the blocks in your neighborhood. I have basic vet knowledge and am comfortable treating minor injuries and administering oral and injected medication. I have worked with all kinds of animals, scaled, feathered, furred, finned, and love them all! Please feel free to send me a message and ask any questions you may have. Thanks!

Let me know what your pet is like. You know them the best and I love getting to see what is unique and quirky about them. I prefer doing meet and greets first to get to know them myself, but hearing a little from you initially is always a bonus!
A typical day
I love to give your pets lots of attention! Depending on their temperament, I customize their visits accordingly. Does your pup want to chase a ball for an hour? That's what we'll do! Does your cat want to catch some dangling feathers and then just be snuggled? I can do that too. For me it's important to make sure the pets are getting the time and attention that they need and that the time is spent doing what they love - walks, play time, snuggles
