Pet care experience
I feel dogs are a part of the family and treat them as such. Each dog is special in its own way. I am available most evenings and weekends. I enjoy spending time with dogs from just hanging out to walking to running. Growing up I have had many stray dogs come and go. I enjoy the energy dogs have. I am very patient and attentive with dogs and their needs. I have no issues transporting dogs in my own personal vehicle. I have had experience house sitting and dog sitting in the past. I am willing to cater to your dogs specific personality and needs. I am not currently certified in CPR or first aid for dogs, however I am a licensed EMT and a Army National Guard medic of 9 years.

Melissa used to come twice a week to let Akira out during lunch time. She was always fantastic at communicating, let us know of any schedule changes we’ll I’m advance, was prompt and left detailed notes and pictures of the visit. I always felt Akira was well cared for while I was at work and cannot say enough good things about Melissa. Your pup will be in good hands!!

I love taking my dogs to dog parks and on walks or jogs with me. Play time is important as well as cuddling. Weather your dog likes to chill on the couch or run around for hours, I’m good with all of it.

I am a recruiter for the Army National Guard this allows me to have a flexible schedule. There are some days where I have set appointment times but I am able to work around most things.
