I grew up on a small farm in upstate NY. I’ve had pets ranging from chickens to ferrets to dogs/cats to baby raccoons (we didn’t keep it just got it healthy!). I love animals and if I ever win the lottery I dream of opening a dog rescue for Dachshunds. I’m very patient and loving, and will treat your fur babies like one of my own, I have 3 Mini Dachshunds. I have picked up some talents from a friend who owns a dog walking company back in NY, how to always come prepared with a cookie.. for some dogs. She also showed me the peanut butter in the Kong in the freezer trick. I promise your fur baby won’t even miss you (who am I kidding, yes they will!), but at least you can take comfort in the fact that they’ll feel right at home with me.
